2. Customer account in the KLAPP skin care online shop

You can register quickly and easily in the “ Registration” area. Enter the required data and
confirm your information.

A customer account is not required to place an order in the KLAPP skin care online shop. Alternatively, you can place your order as a guest.

We ship our packages with USPS, UPS. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 working days after receipt of order. Delivery costs $4.99 order $50 up shipping free.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. You can use the link contained there to track the status of your order at any time.
Since we usually guarantee quick processing and compilation of your order after receipt of the order, orders can usually no longer be canceled after receipt.

4. Returns

After each order you have a 10-day right of cancellation. Please ensure that the item you are returning is unopened and in any original packaging and the retail seal is not broken.
As soon as we have received your return, it will be registered in our system. The refund will then be made using your chosen payment method. This can take up to 3-5 days show on your account.
After successful order processing, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In this email you will find all important information about your order.
